ongoing | fbi: high five fridays
High Five Fridays are a special Liberty Elementary tradition designed to encourage positive family involvement and help students start their day with confidence and excitement. Throughout the school year, fathers and father figures are invited to greet students as they arrive at school, offering smiles, high fives, words of encouragement, and a warm welcome to kick off the day.
As part of our FBI (Fathers Being Involved) initiative, High Five Fridays celebrate the important role that fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, uncles, mentors, and other positive male role models play in a child's education and development. Their presence helps foster a welcoming school environment while demonstrating the value of being actively engaged in students' lives.
Whether you're volunteering for the first time or returning each year, High Five Fridays are a simple but meaningful way to make a positive impact on our school community. We invite all father figures to join us, build connections with our Liberty Lions, and help give every student a "high five to success!"
